My Approach
I don’t do boring, and I don't do diet culture bullshit. My coaching combines expert, progression-based strength training with accessible yoga to help you feel capable, confident, and strong as fuck in the body you have today.
No matter how we work together, my philosophy is built on three pillars:
Smart, Structured Strength: No more guessing games or random workouts. We focus on real strength progression (hello, barbells!) that is evidence-based, safe, and built to honour your changing body. The goal is capability, never shrinking.
Yoga Beyond the Mat: This isn't just about stretching. We blend accessible movement with real yoga philosophy, learning how to take what we practice on the mat and bring it into our everyday lives for mindfulness, balance, and full embodiment.
An Anti-Diet Safe Haven: No before-and-after photos, no body shaming, and no punishment. Just real support, celebrated wins, and an inclusive community where curvy midlife bodies and the queer community belong unapologetically.

I have nearly twenty years of experience in the fitness world, but I am not your typical trainer. I didn’t build my business to help you shrink. I built it because I was sick of a wellness culture that excludes anyone who isn't a certain size.
