The Online Crew (OC)

If you’re ready to build real strength, confidence, and consistency — without toxic diet culture — the Online Crew is your place. This program is designed for women who want to feel stronger in their everyday lives, move with confidence, and be surrounded by community and a coach that focuses on strength, not weigh loss.

You can train from home or the gym using minimal equipment. Every workout is delivered through an easy-to-use app with demo videos so you always know exactly what to do.

Your membership also includes two weekly live virtual classes:

Yoga on Tuesdays at 7:15 PM CDT– so that you can build consistency with your yoga practice from the comfort of your home.

30-minute group workout on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM CDT to build strength, energy, and momentum. Extra support for those days/weeks where you need the motivation and support from the crew.

Throughout the year, we also run fun fitness challenges where you can stay motivated, push yourself in new ways, and even win prizes — a little extra excitement to keep training enjoyable and consistent.

And the best part? You’re never doing it alone. Inside our private Facebook community, we cheer each other on, celebrate big and small wins, ask questions, and get guidance on variations so every workout fits your body and your goals.

Yoga

Join our weekly live virtual yoga class every Tuesday at 7:15 PM CDT and bring consistency with your yoga practice at home. This class teaches you how to slow down, tune in, and take care of your body and mind.

Each session is generally 60 minutes and blends gentle movement(asana), breath work(pranayama), meditation(dhyana), working on all aspects of yoga and yoga philosophy. Class involves getting down and up from a mat.

If you can’t make it live, every class is recorded and added to our growing yoga library, so you can practice anytime, anywhere.

FAQs:

What equipment do I need?

For the OC, a couple sets of dumbbells, a kettlebell, a variety of bands, a step or box, skipping rope, big ball, a mat.

For Yoga, it would be beneficial to have a mat, a strap, pillow or blanket. Yoga blocks can help as well.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at any time no questions asked. I understand how things come up in life, or maybe this program isn't the right fit for you. Please reach out to tell me you would like to cancel.

When can I start?

This is an ongoing program, so you can sign up whenever you're ready!

What if I have an injury?

You can reach out in our private facebook group to ask your coach how to adjust movements to suit your body where you are at.

1:1 Virtual Coaching

The ultimate package to begin or continue working on your fitness journey and taking care of your body. You will get the support and motivation from an experienced coach to build your strength and accomplish your goals. You will start with a 15-minute discovery call to see if it’s a good fit to work together. Once there is a vibe check you will book an intake call to dive into the details, including your lifestyle, goals, and everything that matters to you. From there, I will design a customized program that fits your body’s needs, lifestyle, goals and aspirations.

You will stay connected through an app, where you’ll have access to demo videos for each movement and a calendar with your workouts. You can reach out anytime with questions, send videos for form checks, and schedule weekly calls to review your progress and we can make adjustments to suit your life’s demands.

Want a little extra support for your personal coaching experience? Choose the 1:1 PLUS. This package includes everything in the personal coaching package—weekly video calls, daily DMs, a personalized program—PLUS we’ll link up virtually once a week 60 minutes for a one-on-one pt session. This extra session is a time to focus on areas where you need extra assistance, whether it’s motivation, accountability, or working on your form. My one-on-one will help get you to your goals.
